About Siobhan
“Siobhan Milner is a Strength & Conditioning Coach originally from New Zealand with a background in Exercise Science and Rehabilitation Science. She’s worked as a clinical exercise physiologist, an exercise scientist, and is currently contracted as an S&C coach with TeamNL (Dutch Olympic Team) training Shorttrack Speed Skaters and the National Curling team. She also works with several independent athletes, primarily in (ultra) endurance sports and performing arts, and with clients seeking her knowledge in injury rehabilitation.”
