About Tanno
“My name is Tanno de Pender, 30 years old from the Netherlands – I completed my MSc in Human Movement Sciences specialized in Sports & Nutrition at Maastricht University. I’ve been involved in strength training since I was 14, and got competitively involved in Powerlifting since 2016. Currently I’m a National Champion within the Netherlands in the -105kg class and hold multiple records in different weight classes in the Bench Press, Deadlift & Total. Furthermore, I work as an S&C Coach for TEAMNL, together with the Elite Track Cycling Sprint programme as well as for the talent development programmes for Track Cycling & BMX. I also work as an online Strength & Nutrition coach with Reformance – an online company working primarily with Powerlifters.”
