Personal Training, Clinics & Seminars

Personal training, clinics, and seminars are by appointment.   If you are a gym owner and wish to host a clinic or seminar, we’ll be happy to come to you!  Please contact us for further information. 

Group Classes

 Dispenza Weightlifting, 6159 Edmondson Road, Suite C, Catonsville, Maryland  21228

Monday:  5:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.., 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Tuesday: 5:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m., 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Wednesday:  5:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m., 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Thursday:  6:00 a.m.- 10:00 a.m., 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Friday:  5:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m., 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Saturday:  7:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

Please note:  Group classes are limited to ten (10) athletes per class to ensure quality instruction.  Classes fill quickly and we are adding group classes to fill demand. Please contact us for the most up to date information for available classes and times.


Members may cancel personal one-hour, one-on-one Olympic weightlifting Instruction/coaching upon written notice to DW (email is acceptable).  Monthly membership termination shall be effective at the end of the calendar month in which the Member notifies DW. DW reserves the right to charge visits to prepaid multiple-visit cards for members who reserve a group class spot and do not attend.  A reservation may include any form of request (i.e. via voicemail, email, social media message or reservation through Front Desk).

Prepaid fees for clinics cancelled two weeks (14 calendar days) or more before scheduled clinic will be refunded in total.  Clinics cancelled within two weeks (14 calendar days) of the scheduled clinic will be refunded less a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the tuition for all registered students.

Prepaid fees for programming is non-refundable.
